PHAROS 是飞秒激光器系列,拥有毫焦级高脉冲能量和高平均功率。PHAROS 具有专为科研和工业应用优化的机械和光学设计。紧凑的结构、集成热稳定系统和密封设计使 PHAROS 可以集成到多种光学平台和加工设备中。使用二极管泵浦掺镱激光介质技术延长了激光器的使用寿命,显著降低了维护成本,并且坚固稳定的光学机械设计使其能够在各种环境下稳定工作。
PHAROS 的参数可调谐性使其能够满足通常需要多个不同激光系统的应用。可调参数包括 : 脉宽 (100 fs – 20 ps)、重复频率 (单脉冲至 1 MHz)、脉冲能量 (高达 4 mJ) 和平均功率 (高达 20 W)。通过内置脉冲选择器可实现脉冲按需控制。而且 PHAROS 激光器可以选配多种扩展模块增加功能,包含载波包络相位 (CEP) 稳定、外部信号锁定振荡器频率、自动谐波发生器。
